What is the subscription model for Kabandy?
Kabandy is a SaaS (Software as a Service) application. You can subscribe to our service with either a 1-year or multi-year contract, both of which are paid upfront.
How does subscription renewal work?
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your contract period. We will notify you in advance of the renewal date, giving you ample time to make any changes to your subscription if needed.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription up to one month before your renewal date. Please ensure you cancel within this timeframe to avoid automatic renewal.
What is the typical engagement model for Kabandy?
We offer a flexible engagement model to suit your needs:
- Free Trial: Start with a complimentary one-week free trial to experience Kabandy’s full capabilities without any commitment.
- Paid Pilot Programme: Following your trial, you can opt for a 6-month paid pilot programme. This allows you to integrate Kabandy into your workflows on a smaller scale and evaluate its impact.
- Yearly Subscription: After the pilot, or if you’re ready to fully commit, you can transition to a yearly subscription for continued access and full benefits.
How does pricing change with increased usage?
Our pricing model is designed to be more cost-effective as your volume of subscription increases. The more you subscribe, the lower the per-unit price becomes.
How are workspace accesses counted in the subscription?
Your subscription works on a per-workspace access basis, which is reset at the beginning of every month. For example, if a user has access to three workspaces, this counts as three accesses towards your subscription. However, administrators who are invited to multiple workspaces are counted as a single access.
What is a "workspace" in Kabandy?
A workspace in Kabandy is a collaborative environment where colleagues or partners can work together seamlessly. It can be set up to represent an internal department or a specific project. There are no limitations on the number of BIM models you can upload or the number of boards you can generate within a workspace.
